WCCC Performance Pathway Coach
WCCC are seeking to appoint two full-time Performance Coaches, who will contribute towards the identification, mentoring and coaching of players on the WCCC Player Pathway, including the Development of Excellence County Age Group Programme, Emerging Player Programme and WCCC Academy. The Performance Coaches would report directly to the Elite Cricket Development Manager.
Qualifications
Current (or currently working towards) ECB Level 3 or ECB Level 4
Current DBS, Child Protection (Safeguarding Young People)
Up to date First Aid qualification
ECBCA Membership
Salary and Benefits
£18k plus Pension and Private Health Care
