Dear Valued Supporter

Warwickshire Cricket Board has recently taken the decision to move from 6 districts to 4. This exciting new transition is to improve the quality and standard of cricket at youth level throughout the county. By doing this we are creating a more competitive environment for players to accelerate onto the Development of Excellence performance ladder creating a closer gap between District and DOE cricket.

District cricket will consist of the following four teams at Under 11s, 13s and 15s - Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull and Warwick. These four district teams will train throughout the winter and will play in a Whitsun and summer festival. The vision for district cricket is to move towards coloured clothing and pink balls. This vision is to provide players with passion, enthusiasm and ambition to become a District player. Throughout the winter players will train at four centres working towards summer fixtures.

We are currently looking for valued supporters of youth cricket to sponsor the development of youth cricket in Warwickshire.
