Outstanding Services to Cricket Awards (OSCAs)
The OSCAs is a celebration of all the hard work done by volunteers in cricket clubs within Warwickshire. Club Captain Jim Troughton was the guest presenter at the 2014 Awards. During the ceremony, time was taken to have a question and answer session with Jim which was a great insight into how volunteers had helped him when he was a youngster looking to make a name for himself in county cricket.
During the ceremony the WCB also acknowledged all the clubs which gained Clubmark re-accreditation in the season and two clubs which achieved Clubmark accreditation for the first time. Congratulations to: Ambleside, Attock, Bablake, Coleshill, Coventry & North Warwick, Fillongley, Great Alne, Highway, Knowle & Dorridge, Leamington, Moseley, Olton & West Warwick, Rugby, Sheldon Marlborough, Solihull Blossomfield, Standard, Sutton Coldfield, Water Orton and Weoley Hill.
The two clubs gaining Clubmark accreditation for the first time were: Kineton & Wellesbourne.
