The Community Talent Champion (CTC) programme has been formed by the England & Wales Cricket Board in conjunction with the National Asian Cricket Council. This role will involve identifying talented female cricketers from South Asian communities and link them into existing WCB activities and the Warwickshire County Cricket Club player pathway.
We are looking to appoint a cricket coach who is passionate about developing girls’ cricket in community settings, identifying talent and widening access to cricket at all levels.
