It is very much designed to get more women coaches involved in cricket as current research has shown there is very few women coaches within cricket. The WCB feel that this is an area that is growing rapidly and would very much like more women coaches working with ladies teams around the County.

Over the last two decades the ECB have devoted a lot of time and effort to help boost the growth of the Women’s game throughout the country. This focus has resulted in a massive transformation with more than 600 clubs now offering cricket to women and girls nationwide.
